REUNION
ITINERARY (tentative schedule)
Thursday, July 5
Early Arrivals Dinner .. meet at 7:30pm in the Lobby and we'll hit one of the many restaurants across the street from the hotel.
Friday, July 6
Registration 1-4pm
Front Lobby and Pool Party with a cash bar
Friday Night Mixer & Continued Registration 6-9pm
Hors d'oeuvres, DJ, dancing, cash bars
Friday Late Night
Free Time to Party... groups will likely be heading to clubs and bars around
Arlington, Sundance Square, Dallas West End, and Deep Ellum ..
Saturday, July 7
Saturday softball game 9:30 - 12:30
We will meet in the hotel lobby at 9:00am to meet transportation.
Softball game will be followed/accompanied by lunch. The current plan is to bring in sodas and ice as well as sandwiches from Jason's Deli and some other food.
Saturday free time to visit area attractions!
Saturday night Sit-down Dinner
Cocktail hour begins 6:30pm and dinner served approximately 7:15pm:
Baby Field Greens served with choice of
Ranch and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Grilled Chicken Breast served with Creole Cream Sauce
Shrimp Scampi sauteed in garlic butter
Chef's choice of appropriate vegetable
Chef's choice of appropriate side dish
White and Dark Mousse CakeIf you have any special dietary requirements (Vegetarian, Kosher, etc), please let Debbie know before June 20th so she can have the hotel make the appropriate arrangements.
Saturday night Dance w/(of course) Cash bars! Dress at the Saturday night function is somewhere between nighttime casual and cocktail. You'll look out of place in a tux or long gown, but we do want to dress to kill. :) Blouse is optional for Mary Babitz and since John Murray is MC'ing again, the women should all wear proper undergarments... you never know what kind of game he'll make us play.
